| IMPORTANT TERMS & CONDITIONS (the
fine print) Prices quoted do not include any federal, state,
or local taxes, Federal USF charges, or other surcharges imposed by
regulatory agencies. A phone line with regular service is required
in order to have any DSL service listed. Business plans have
additional surcharges imposed by the tariffs and other regulatory
agencies.
Installation fees may apply to any of the optional equipment
listed above. Prices of optional equipment do not include applicable
sales tax, which varies according to a customer's location.
Actual speeds
may vary, and speeds are not guaranteed. The speeds listed are the
speed from your equipment to ours, and may or may not be indicative
of actual speeds to the internet as a whole. The distance to your location from our equipment may
greatly affect what speeds you will be able to achieve. Most
customers (95%) are able to receive up to 5 megabit download speed,
however. Network traffic and congestion may also affect speed.
Network congestion can be highest during nights and weekends. We are
actively installing new equipment to provide faster speeds to
customers that are not within the standard service area, and
upgrading our aggregate capacity to meet customer demand.
All internet usage is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. This
policy is actively enforced to prevent users from overloading our
network, perform file sharing operations which may violate copyright
laws, aid in the spread or dissemination of computer viruses or junk
email ("spam") or conduct otherwise illegal activity. Violations of
this policy may result in the immediate termination of your service,
without prior notification from us. Resumption of your service
depends on meeting our criteria. Repeated violations of our policies
will result in permanent termination of your service.
